GRIFF PIPE CLAMPS
GRIFF pipe clamps are used to grip and support mechanical and structural parts, standardized under DIN 3015. These polypropylene clamps are the go-to solution for piping installations where quality, rigidity, longevity, and future servicability are prioritized over speed and simplicity of install. This style of clamp is the ultimate option for eliminating abrasion in hose runs (especially important for hydraulic lines), and is highly effective at reducing vibration in rigid piping that can be the source of noise. While they are typically used for tube, pipe, and hose installations, they can also be used for securing cable runs, for creating a mounting point on tube frames, for cradling objects in storage, and probably many other things we haven't tried yet.
GRIFF clamps are commonly known as box clamps, tube clamps, vibration dampening clamps, or Stauff clamps.
Unlike most manufacturers of this type of clamp, Environmental Marine sells all components separately so you purchase only what you need. The separate components start with the clamp bodies in polypropylene. The cover plates, weld plates, locking plates, hexagon head bolts, flush-fit socket head bolts, and stacking bolts are all in 316 stainless steel to withstand the harsh marine environment.
