This macerator toilet system offers a standard-height, elongated wood seat and a sparkling, lustrous ceramic finish. The 8700 Series combines the upscale comfort and style of home with best-in-class marine macerator toilet performance. Ultraquiet electronic flushing can be controlled by either a convenient wall-mounted switch or a residential-style handle.
Extreme Low Flush technology saves significant water with every use. While regular manual or electric marine toilets consume over 1 gallon (3.8 liters) per flush, this Dometic/Sealand MasterFlush macerating toilet uses only 0.85 gallons (3.2 liters) per flush. For even more efficiency, it can optionally “dry flush” with as little as 0.21 gallons (0.79 liters) without replacing the water in the bowl — avoiding sloshing or splashing during heavy weather.
Saving water with every flush has another benefit. Your holding tank won’t fill up as quickly. More flushes between pump-outs means more time for fun on the water.
Unlike other power-hungry macerator toilet systems that require 30-40 amps, the 8700 Series uses only 20 amps. A high-torque motor with 18 stainless steel blades macerates efficiently and propels effluent to your holding tank. You may also choose between above-floor or below-floor discharge options.
